编译型软PLC的可定制高速脉冲串输出功能设计

针对高速脉冲运动控制的性能精度和软PLC高速脉冲模块的便捷调用等问题,研究并设计一种基于编译型软PLC的高速脉冲输出功能模块,研究内容包括:PTO硬件资源配置设计、PTO人机交互设计、PTO功能转译设计和PTO驱动设计.本设计方法基于语言转换,借用C语言灵活的编程优势,可同时设置几百个不同的目标速度,继而适用于更复杂的曲线运动控制场合.驱动设计中,采用S型曲线算法和时基转换算法,实现脉冲的平滑频率转换和宽范围的频率输出.在SK2109 PLC上进行实验验证,采用示波器和编码器回采共同监测PTO输出端口的脉冲,通过与人机交互中的参数进行对比,实验结果表明,高速脉冲串输出功能模块操作简单便捷,输出平滑精确,能够提供平滑稳定的运动控制.
Customizable PTO Function Design of Compiled Soft PLC
Aiming at the performance accuracy of high-speed pulse motion control and the convenient transfer of high-speed pulse module of soft PLC,a high-speed pulse output function module based on compiled soft PLC is studied and designed.The research contents include PTO hardware resource configuration design,PTO human-computer interaction design,PTO function translation design and PTO drive de-sign.This design method is based on language conversion and utilizes the flexible programming advantages of C language.It can set hundreds of different target speeds at the same time,and is suitable for more complex curve motion control occasions.In the drive design,S-curve algorithm and time base conversion algorithm are used to realize smooth frequency conversion and wide range frequency output.The experiment is carried out on SK2109 PLC.The oscilloscope and encoder are used to monitor the pulse at PTO output port.Through comparison with the parameters in human-computer interaction,the experimental results show that the high-speed pulse train output func-tion module is simple and convenient to operate,with smooth and accurate output,and can provide smooth and stable motion control.
