高精度导航接收机自动测试系统设计

针对现有的导航接收机测试方案误差较大、可重复性差、自动化程度低等问题,设计了高精度导航接收机自动测试系统.首先,由多体制导航信号源、高性能工控机、程控电源、网络交换机、串口服务器等组成接收机测试系统的硬件平台.其次,利用信号源仿真控制软件控制多体制导航信号源模拟产生特定的导航信号,为高精度导航接收机的测试提供仿真环境;再采用Visual Studio开发了导航终端自动测试与评估软件,提出以排序评定法和均方根评定法作为接收机定位精度的评估准则.最后,通过实验验证了测试系统工作的可靠性和稳定性,且该测试系统能够准确快速地完成对高精度导航接收机性能指标的测试.
Design of Automatic Test System for High Precision Navigation Receiver
Aiming at the problems of large error,poor repeatability and low degree of automation of existing navigation receiver test schemes,a high-precision navigation receiver automatic test system is designed.Firstly,the hardware platform of the receiver test system is constructed,which is composed of multi-system navigation signal source,high-performance industrial computer,program-controlled power supply,network switch,serial port server,etc.Secondly,the signal source simulation control software is used to control the multi-system navigation signal source to simulate and produce specific navigation signals,which provides a simulation environment for the test of high-precision navigation receiver.Then Visual Studio is used to develop the navigation terminal automatic test and evaluation soft-ware,and the ranking evaluation method and root mean square evaluation method are proposed as the evaluation criteria of receiver posi-tioning accuracy.Finally,the reliability and stability of the test system are verified by experiments,and the test system can test the per-formance index of the high-precision navigation receiver accurately and quickly.
