为实现用于可再生能源系统的更高电压增益,传统的升压式结构常与相同模块级联以产生高的升压系数.针对此方案效率低和成本高的问题,提出了一种混合耦合电感和开关电容的高增益DC/DC变换器,可在较低的占空比下具有高电压增益;同时具有连续的输入电流、高效率以及输入和输出之间的共地特征.详细分析了新拓扑结构的性能,并与其他高增益升压变换器进行了比较分析.最后,实验结果证明了所提变换器的正确性和可行性.
A High Gain Converter with Hybrid Coupling Inductor and Switched Capacitor
In order to achieve higher voltage gains for renewable energy systems,conventional boost structures are often cascaded with identical modules to produce high boost factors.This solution has been found to be inefficient and costly.A new step-up DC/DC converter with hybrid coupling inductor and switched capacitor is proposed,which is with high voltage gain at low duty cycle,continuous input cur-rent,high efficiency and common ground between input and output.The performance of the new topology is analysed in detail and com-pared with other high-gain boost converters.Finally,experimental results demonstrate the correctness and feasibility of the proposed converter.
