Research on Adaptive Overcurrent Protection Scheme Based on Dual Directional Rectification of Distributed Unbalanced Distribution Network
With the massive consumption of traditional fossil energy sources and the growing environmental problems, distributed genera-tion(DG)technology is developing rapidly. However,DG access to the distribution network has also created new problems, which may reduce network reliability due to uncoordination of recloser and fuse.In order to prevent this reliability degradation,a protection coordi-nation strategy is proposed,a theoretical analysis is developed, the recloser fast and slow operation correction settings and the fuse coeffi-cient values are derived to achieve the protection purpose with as few fuses as possible, and the coordination range of the protection de-vices is increased. The effectiveness of the strategy is verified by applying it to a simulated fault situation on an IEEE 13-node test sys-tem,where reclosers and fuses are able to cooperate to handle the fault.
