一种冷链温湿度监测系统的设计与实现

针对我国冷链温湿度监测过程中存在的自动化程度低、实时性差等问题,设计了一种基于物联网与云平台的实时冷链温湿度监测系统.选用PT1000 和AM2120 传感器作为系统的信息采集部分,LPC824M芯片进行数据处理,配合无线通信模块BC28 芯片和阿里云平台实现检测系统与上位机的高速通信.实验结果表明该系统具有低功耗、使用寿命长、运行稳定等特点,可实现对冷链系统中温湿度等数据的实时监测.系统安装方便,成本低廉,能够实时、准确地监测冷链系统环境温湿度变化状态,避免冷链系统因温湿度剧烈变化带来的损失.
Design and Implementation of a Cold Chain Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System
Aiming at the problems of low automation and poor real-time performance in the process of cold chain temperature and humid-ity monitoring,a real-time cold chain temperature and humidity monitoring system based on Internet of Things(IoT)and cloud platform is designed.PT1000 and AM2120 sensors are selected as the information acquisition part of the system,LPC824M chip is used for data processing,and the high-speed communication between the detection system and the host computer is realized with the wireless commu-nication module of BC28 chip and Alibaba cloud platform.The experimental results indicate that the system has the characteristics of low power consumption,long service life and stable operation.It can realize the real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in the cold chain system.The system has the advantages of convenient installation and low cost.It can monitor the environmental temperature and humidity change state of the cold chain system in real time and accurately,so as to avoid the loss of the cold chain system caused by the drastic change of temperature and humidity.
