基于耦合电感、开关电容与输入电压源组成的基本功率单元,提出一种集成式新型DC/DC变换器.该拓扑结构具有模块化和可扩展性,耦合电感和开关电容结构组成的倍压单元提升了电路的升压比.漏感能量通过钳位电路回收,以降低开关管电压应力和功率损耗;同时缓解了二极管的反向恢复问题,优化了开关管和二极管的选择.详细介绍了稳态分析、工作原理和设计考虑;最后并制作了 90W实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性.
Research on a High Gain DC/DC Converter for Photovoltaic Applications
A novel integrated DC/DC converter is proposed based on the basic power unit composed of coupling inductor,switched capaci-tor and input voltage source.The topology is modular and scalable.The voltage doubling unit composed of coupled inductor and switched capacitor improves the boost ratio of the circuit.The leakage energy is recovered through the clamping circuit to reduce the voltage stress and power loss of the switch.At the same time,the reverse recovery problem of diode is alleviated,and the selection of switch and diode is optimized.The steady state analysis,working principle and design considerations are introduced in detail.Finally,a 90 W experimental prototype is made to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
