Multi Sensor Acquisition Method of Roadheader Vibration Signal under External Random Excitation Interference
During the operation of the roadheader, under the action of the external random excitation source, the sensing sensitivity in the multi-sensor mode fluctuates.Combined with the instability of the vibration signal, the collected vibration signal will be greatly distorted. In order to ensure the stable operation of roadheader,a method of random excitation vibration signal acquisition in multi-sensor mode is proposed. The roadheader is regarded as a multi degree of freedom system, and the equipment dynamics model is established.Combined with the mechanical characteristics of the roadheader, the pseudo excitation method is used to construct the random excitation function that conforms to the external source.Under the established random excitation, the sensor type and parameters are selected, multiple sen-sors are installed, and the sampling frequency is set.According to the requirements of the sinusoidal steady state calibration method, the sensor acquisition system is designed to improve the sensor sensitivity.Under the random excitation function, the output delay of the sen-sor is predicted, the synchronization error and error compensation value of each measurement are calculated, and the synchronous dy-namic acquisition of vibration signals is ensured by compensation. The experimental results show that the proposed method reduces the external random hysteresis interference under the multi sensor mode, and the waveform of the multi sensor vibration signal of the road-header collected under the random excitation is consistent with the actual waveform.
