航空发动机高速旋转部件参数遥测技术研究

提出了一种低成本的航空发动机高速旋转部件参数遥测方法.通过合理的传感器安装解决了静压传感器在高速旋转时测量不准的问题,通过紧凑的电路设计解决了结构安装问题,采用无线通信保证了遥测系统的可靠.开发了相关的系统,并通过所设计的系统开展实验.结果标明,系统可在转速为6 000 r/mim的情况下进行可靠的测量,可为其他类似的设计提供参考.
Research on the Telemetry Technology for High-Speed Rotating Parts Parameters of Aero Engines
A low-cost telemetry method for the parameters of high-speed rotating parts of aero engine is proposed.The measurement in-accuracy problem of hydrostatic pressure sensor at high speed rotation is solved by reasonable sensor installation,the structural installa-tion problem is solved by compact circuit design,and the reliability of the telemetry system is ensured by wireless communication.The relevant system is developed,and the experiment is carried out through the designed system.The results show that the system can per-form reliable measurement at 6 000 r/mim,which can provide reference for other similar designs.
