Design of a Multi-Channel Mechanical Parameter Storage Measurement System for Aircraft Engines
The testing technology of aviation engines plays an important role in the aviation industry, and the normal mechanical state of engines direct determines their reliability. In response to the new requirements faced in aviation engine testing,in order to achieve high-speed and effective collection, analysis, and processing of front-end mechanical parameters,an FPGA based storage and testing system is designed. This system utilizes the parallel processing characteristics of FPGA internal programs to store up to 63 channels of mechanical sensor data collected by AD into a large capacity NAND Flash chip, and send the collected data to the upper computer for real-time pro-cessing and further analysis through high-speed operation of Gigabit Ethernet.Field tests show that the system can effectively monitor engine status in real-time,the data storage is accurate and reliable, and stable operation is ensured.
