Research and Application of the Online Quality Inspection Technology for Hand-Rolled Cigars
To solve the problems of low efficiency and high cost of manual inspection of hand-rolled cigars,an online quality inspection system based on machine vision and sensor technology is designed and implemented.The system first carries out laser marking on ci-gars.Secondly,the system dynamically acquires images of hand-rolled cigars through high-speed linear array CCD cameras and analyzes the wrapper color and defects of cigars with improved machine vision methods.Then,the system adopts the resonant method to measure the water content and density of hand-rolled cigars based on the microwave sensors.Besides,the system realizes the high-speed measur-ing of the outside diameter of hand-rolled cigars through the cross-shooting LED light curtain with a CCD laser micrometer.Finally,the system realizes the rapid weighing of hand-rolled cigars in the assembly line based on the high-precision weight sensors.Experiments have shown that the system can meet the real-time and high-precision inspection work of hand-rolled cigars under the pipeline condition.
