Defect Identification Method of Carbon Fiber Composite Conductor Based on Distributed Fiber Sensing Technology
The method of carbon fiber composite core wire defect identification based on distributed optical fiber sensing technology is studied,which can effectively collect the wire strain information and improve the wire defect identification effect.Based on the time domain reflection principle of polarized light,the strain information of carbon fiber composite core wire is collected innovatively by using distribu-ted optical fiber sensing technology.The feature of strain information is extracted by using empirical wavelet transform.By using the im-proved sparrow search algorithm with adaptive t distribution,the weights of radial basis function neural network are optimized,and the opti-mal radial basis function neural network structure is determined.The strain information features are clustered according to the proximity principle,and the identification results of wire defects are output.Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively collect the strain information of carbon fiber composite core conductor with or without disturbance,and the anti-interference effect is better.The pro-posed method can effectively extract and cluster the characteristics of strain information,and accurately identify wire defects.
