基于变电站智慧操作系统的二次安全措施防误技术研究

智能变电站二次系统用网络通信取代了传统变电站的有线通信,极大地提高了变电站的信息共享,但也带来二次安全措施的运行复杂、可靠性难以保证的问题.通过智能变电站二次安全措施的概念和基本原理,分析二次安全措施可靠性低的原因.根据实际工作经验,给出了预先检查、在线错误预防和二次安全措施自动生成三种解决方法.结合工程应用的难点,给出了二次安全措施的未来发展方向.
Research on Error Prevention Technology of Secondary Security Measures Based on Substation Intelligent Operating System
The secondary system of the intelligent substation replaces the wired communication of the traditional substation with network communication,which greatly improves the information sharing of the substation,but also brings the problems of complex operation of the secondary security measures and difficulty to ensure the reliability.Based on the concept and basic principle of secondary safety measures in intelligent substations,the reasons for low reliability of secondary safety measures are analyzed.According to the actual work experi-ence,three solutions are given,i.e.,pre-check,online error prevention and automatic generation of secondary security measures.Combined with the difficulties of engineering application,the future development direction of secondary safety measures is given.
