地震地电阻率监测目的是观测特定区域的对地电阻率随时间的变化,对测量精度要求很高.文章介绍的基于24 位模数转换器ADS1256 设计的地电阻率仪数据采集系统,具有高精度、低噪声、大动态和抗干扰能力强的特点,实验室测试结果表明其电压分辨力达到 10 μV,峰峰噪声小于 7 μV,动态范围达到 120 dB,数据采集系统主要技术性能指标满足地震地电阻率监测预测研究的需求,也可应用于其他需要高精度、低噪声直流电压测量的领域.
Design of Data Acquisition System for Geo-Electrical Resistivity Meter Based on ADS1256
The purpose of seismic earth resistivity monitoring is to observe the change of geo-electrical resistivity in a specific area,which requires high measurement accuracy.The data acquisition system of geo-electrical resistivity meter is based on the 24 bit analog-to-digital converter of ADS1256.It has the characteristics of high precision,low noise,large dynamic and strong anti-interference ability.The labora-tory test results show that its voltage resolution reaches 10 μV,peak to peak noise is less than 7 μV and the dynamic range reaches 120 dB.The main technical performance indicators of the data acquisition system meet the needs of seismic geo-electrical resistivity moni-toring and prediction research.It can also be applied to other fields requiring high-precision,low-noise DC voltage measurement.
