从临近空间电子设备低温启动的实际需要出发,基于半导体低温物理学基础理论,分析了常见半导体器件在-80℃低温下的物理特性和电学特性,设计了一种-80℃低温启动与加热方案,讨论了保证-80℃低温启动设计裕量的方法,以及采用尽可能少的元件构成完整温度闭环控制系统的设计方法.
The Method of Low Temperature Starting and Heating for Near Space Electronic Devices
The physical and electrical characteristics of common semiconductor devices at-80℃ are analyzed based on the basic theory of semiconductor low-temperature physics for the actual needs of low-temperature startup of electronic devices in near space.A-80℃ low-temperature start and heater scheme is designed.The method of ensuring the design margin of low temperature start-up at-80℃,and the design method of using as few components as possible to form a complete closed-loop control system are discussed.
