Design and Analysis of Resonator Structure of Continuous-Wave All-Solid-State Raman Laser
The selection of resonator structure parameters is of particular importance for the improvement of laser performance.The design of continuous-wave all-solid-state Raman laser resonator is theoretically investigated based on the ABCD transfer matrix method.The influ-ence of thermal lens effect in the crystal,and resonator parameters including the curvature radii of cavity mirrors and cavity length on cavity mode parameters in the linear cavity and folded cavity have been studied in detail.While realizing good mode matching between the fundamental laser and pump spot,the spot size of the fundamental laser in the Raman medium is reduced to obtain high-efficiency Raman conversion,and improve the output power and beam quality of the Raman laser.The research results provide reference for optimizing the structure of Raman laser resonator.
