含耦合电感的交错高降压比DC-DC变换器

为了解决传统Buck电路降压比小、功率器件电压应力大的问题,提出了一种基于耦合电感的新型交错Buck电路.该变换器通过选择合适的耦合电感匝数比,可以在延长工作占空比的同时实现较低的转换比,采用交错技术和元件重排技术来减小功率器件电压应力.此外,与传统的Buck电路相比,所提变换器具有更高的效率.讨论了所提变换器的工作原理、性能分析,并通过仿真和实验验证了相关结论.
Interleaved High Step-down Ratio DC-DC Converter with Coupling Inductor
To solve the problems of low step-down ratio and high voltage stress of power devices in traditional Buck circuit,a new inter-leaved Buck circuit based on coupled inductor is proposed.By selecting the appropriate turns ratio of the coupling inductor,the converter can prolong the duty cycle and achieve a low conversion ratio.Interleaving technology and element rearrangement technology are used to reduce the voltage stress of power devices.In addition,compared with the traditional Buck circuit,the proposed converter has higher effi-ciency.The working principle of the proposed converter is discussed and the performance is verified by simulation and experiment.
