Fast Protection Method for Loop-Based Active Power Distribution Based on Auxiliary Relay
With the gradual increase of penetration rate of distributed energy generation in active distribution network,the system's requirements for rapid coordination and protection of distribution network are also gradually improved.In order to realize safe,efficient and reliable over-current protection of distribution network,a cooperative protection method based on auxiliary directional over-current relay is proposed to achieve rapid protection in circular distribution network.Firstly,it is analyzed in detail that the directional over-cur-rent relay being divided into different links of the ring active distribution network is the main reason to hinder the rapid response protec-tion.Then,it is proposed that by adding auxiliary relays in each link,the strict constraints of system protection can be effectively relax-ed,the protection efficiency can be improved,and the action time of relays can be greatly reduced.In addition,the introduction of low bandwidth communication network can effectively avoid the false triggering of relays.Finally,the problem is quantified by establishing a mixed integer nonlinear programming model,and solved by using particle swarm optimization algorithm.Simulation analysis verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
