基于多智能体系统的配电网自动化自愈修复研究

配电网自愈技术旨在恢复电网系统运行,通过协调变电站和馈线中的分布式智能化,来最大限度地减少配电网故障,从而确保电网运行的可靠性.本文采用配网自动切换方案,最大限度地减少切换操作,在最短的时间内恢复发生故障的电网系统.提出了基于多智能体系统(MAS)的配电网自动化自愈技术,利用分散式的MAS系统实现配电网自愈技术.还将智能电子设备作为配电网自动化的控制中心,进行服务器之间的通讯代码传输.使用基于IEC 61850 协议的商业IED来实现自愈操作,表明了将MAS系统扩展到操作控制中心领域之外的可行性.最后通过案例分析,发现配电网自愈操作自动化程序的执行时间只需要 85 ms,这极大地缩短了停电时间,提高了配网自动化的可靠性.
Research on Self-Healing Repair of Distribution Network Automation Based on Multi-Intelligent Body System
The distribution network self-healing scheme is designed to work as a grid system recovery mechanism that can minimize distri-bution network faults by coordinating distributed intelligence in substations and feeders,thus ensuring the reliability of the grid operation.The distribution network automatic switching scheme is used to minimize switching operations and recover the failure-occurred grid system in the shortest time interval.The self-healing technology of distribution grid automation based on multi-intelligent body system(MAS)is proposed,and decentralized MAS system is used to realize the self-healing technology of distribution grid.Intelligent electronic devices are also used as the control center of distribution network automation for communication code transfer between servers.The use of a commer-cial IED based on the IEC 61850 protocol for self-healing operation reveals the feasibility of extending the MAS system beyond the realm of operational control centers.Finally,case study reveals that the execution time of the distribution network self-healing operation automa-tion procedure takes only 85 ms,greatly improving the reliability of the distribution network automation.
