针对计量物资调度任务分工不协调的问题,提出了计量物资供应多目标调度优化模型.分析了电力计量物资供应的需求和特点,说明了物资供应流程的环节特性.建立了以物资满意度和时间成本为目标的多目标物资调度模型,考虑物资平衡约束、供应点约束、转运点约束、紧急需求点约束等,利用主观和客观赋权方法得到综合权重,再利用改进蚁群优化方法进行模型求解.利用IEEE33 节点模型进行仿真分析,说明了确定运输节点和供应流程环节能够获得物资满意度和时间满意度,论证了所提模型和方法的有效性.
Multi-Objective Scheduling of Metering Material Supply Based on Improved Ant Colony Algorithm
To solve the problem of metering material scheduling,the demand and characteristics of power metering material supply are analyzed,and the characteristics of the links in the material supply process are explained.A multi-objective material scheduling model with material satisfaction and time cost as the goal is established,considering material balance constraints,supply point constraints,transfer point constraints,emergency demand point constraints,etc.Subjective and objective weighting methods are used to obtain com-prehensive weights,and the improved ant colony optimization method is used to solve the model.The simulation analysis using the IEEE33 node model shows that the material satisfaction and time satisfaction can be obtained by determining the transportation node and the supply process link,and the effectiveness of the proposed model and method is verified.
