基于CLLLC变换器开关信号混合调制技术研究

研究发现CLLLC谐振变换器在输出端会出现特定高次谐波污染,影响局部并联谐振和串联谐振,并且产生EMI问题,对临近的系统产生干扰,降低通信质量.针对上述问题,设计一种新型混合调制信号方法.通过DSP控制输出特定开关频率和占空比的调制开关信号,减少外部电路、降低电路复杂度.将输出电压谐波频谱能量从集中型转换到分散型,实现降低输出高次谐波能量叠加导致的峰值.搭建了150 W的CLLLC谐振变换器实验平台,通过实验分析表明,改进调制技术在降低特定高次谐波具有良好的效果,实验结果验证了混合调制信号在CLLLC拓扑变换器上的可行性.
Research on Hybrid Modulation Technology of Switching Signal Based on CLLLC Converter
It is found that the CLLLC resonant converter will have specific high-order harmonic pollution at the output end,which will affect the local parallel resonance and series resonance,and generate EMI problems that will interfere with adjacent systems and reduce communication quality.Targeting at the above problems,a new mixed modulation signal method is designed.The modulated switching signal with specific switching frequency and duty cycle is output through DSP control,reducing external circuits and reducing circuit complexity.The harmonic spectrum energy of the output voltage is converted from centralized to decentralized,and the peak value caused by the superposition of output high-order harmonic energy is reduced.A 150 W CLLLC resonant converter experimental platform is built.The experimental analysis shows that the improved modulation technology has a good effect in reducing specific high-order har-monics.The experimental results verify the feasibility of mixed modulation signals on the CLLLC topology converter.
