Video Coding with Structural Similarity Ratio and Frame Layer Optimization Based on FPGA Architecture
Targeting at the challenge of limited bandwidth in wireless data transmission of video images,a video encoding algorithm based on the structural similarity ratio is proposed.The essence of the proposed method lies in the application of the structural similarity ratio.It involves analyzing the structural similarity of frames and then distributing the target encoding bit rates based on precise formu-las,thereby optimizing the quantization parameters.Classification of frame characteristics further refines the control over the frame layer bit rate.Experiments have shown that compared to existing technologies,the proposed method not only controls the bit rate more precise-ly but also significantly improves the subjective quality of the video,enhancing the smoothness and stability of the images.
