基于自学习阈值的方向盘离手检测手势识别算法研究

法律上离手检测能力已经成为目前自动驾驶汽车不可或缺的一部分,针对目前离手检测系统手势识别性能与产品的普适性间的矛盾,提出一种具备自学习能力的电容式离手检测系统手势识别算法.通过手势向量法,建立了手势的数学模型,以及对经典手势在人群中的信号特点进行分析,构建了拥有自学能力的手势识别算法.该方法可以识别出驾驶员的手部信息,再结合最小识别手势的需求,为驾驶员提供更合适的手势判定阈值.按照通用的手势识别性能评价方法,对比该算法与没有自学习能力的普通算法的手势识别结果的正确率,发现在相同的输入下,该算法在保证离手检测基本性能的条件下,整体的正确率大于没有自学习能力的普通算法的正确率.
Research on Gesture Recognition Algorithm of Steering Wheel Hands-off Detection Based on Threshold Self-Learning
Legally,the ability of hands-off detection has become an indispensable part of the current autonomous vehicle.Targeting at the contradiction between the universality and gesture recognition performance of the current hands-off detection system,a gesture recog-nition algorithm of capacitive hands-off detection system with self-learning ability is proposed.Through hand gesture vector method,the mathematical model of hand gesture is established and the signal characteristics of classical gestures in people are analyzed,so the hand gesture recognition algorithm with self-learning ability is built.This method can identify the driver's hand information and provide a more appropriate gesture judgment threshold for the driver combined with the requirement of minimum gesture recognition.According to the general gesture recognition performance evaluation method,the accuracy of gesture recognition results of the proposed algorithm is compared with that of the common algorithm without self-learning ability.It is found that under the same input,the overall accuracy rate of the proposed algorithm is higher than that of the general algorithm without self-learning ability under the condition of guaranteeing the basic performance of hands-off detection.
