一种锂离子电池分组快速均衡方法研究

锂离子电池在长时间的使用之后,各单体电池之间会产生不一致性,从而对电池使用产生影响.为了减少这种影响,提出了一种分组均衡电路来对电池进行能量均衡,组内采用电感进行相邻电池之间的能量传递,组间设计了一种基于Cuk电路的任意电池间传递能量的均衡电路,组内和组间电路可同时进行均衡.并分别针对组内和组间电路制定均衡策略,很大程度上加快了均衡速度.最后通过MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建仿真,与传统的利用电感分组电路进行均衡相比,所提方法在均衡速度上提高了大约 35%,取得了较好的效果.
The Research of a Fast Equalization Method for Grouping Lithium-Ion Batteries
After long period of use,the lithium-ion battery will produce inconsistencies among the individual cells,which will have an impact on the battery usage.In order to reduce this impact,a group equalization circuit is proposed to equalize the energy of the battery.An inductor is used for energy transfer between adjacent cells within the group,an equalization circuit based on Cuk circuit for transfer-ring energy between any cells is designed between the groups,and the intra-group and inter-group circuits can be equalized simultane-ously.The equalization strategy is also developed for the intra-group and inter-group circuits respectively,which largely accelerates the equalization speed.Finally,the simulation is built on the MATLAB/simulink platform,and the proposed method improves the equaliza-tion speed by about 35%compared with the traditional inductive grouping circuit for equalization,achieving better results.
