Research on the Mixed Power Adjustment Strategy of High-Power Electric Cooker
With the wide application of high frequency induction heating power in thermal processing industry, the output efficiency of induction heating power is improved. For the power adjustment performance of single pulse frequency modulation(PFM)of high-power induction heating electric cooker power in the low load and high frequency stage, the loss is large and the power adjustment ability is weak.To solve this problem,a mixed power adjustment strategy suitable for full bridge series resonance inverter circuit is proposed to realize the continuous and efficient regulation of power. This strategy adopts PFM modulation mode when the frequence is of high power and it adopts near the resonance frequency, and constant frequency and switches to phase-shift pulse width modulation(PSPWM)mode when the frequency is of low power and far from the resonance frequency. The current closed-loop control is performed for the proposed PFM-PSPWM mixed power modulation strategy in the MATLAB/simulink environment. The results show that the proposed strategy im-proves the heating efficiency of the power supply and reduces the loss of the system at high frequency.
