微电网技术及其应用关键问题综述

由于分布式电源的不可控性及随机波动性,其日益增长的渗透率也增加了对电力系统稳定性的负面影响,因此目前的国际规范和标准对分布式电源大多采取限制、隔离的方式来处理,以期减小其对大电网的冲击。为协调大电网与分布式电源间的矛盾,最大限度地发掘分布式发电技术在经济、能源和环境中的优势,微电网应运而生。微电网是一个可以实现自我控制、保护和管理的自治系统,它作为完整的电力系统,依靠自身的控制及管理功能实现功率平衡控制、系统运行优化、故障检测与保护、电能质量治理等方面的功能。
Micro-grid Technology and Its Application Key Issues Summary
As distributed power uncontrol ability and stochastic volatility,its growing penetration also increases the negative impact of power system stability,so the current international norms and standards for distributed power mostly to restrict,isolated manner processing,in order to reduce its impact on the large grid.For the coordination of large distributed power grid and the conlfict between exploring distributed generation technologies to maximize the economic,energy and the environment,the advantages of micro-grid came into being.Micro-grid is an achievable self-control,protection and management of the autonomous system,which serves as a complete power system,relying on its own control and management functions to achieve power balance control,system operation optimization,fault detection and protection,power quality control and other aspects of function.
