摘要
文章旨在设计出一种体育教师评价自动化系统,将体育教师科学有效评价过程实现.对于体育教师评价自动化系统设计和应用的研究,文章主要通过以上海高校的教授进行访谈和调查问卷,结合专家访谈、文献参考以及问卷调查的方法,对体育教师评价指标体系构建,进而对体育教师评价指标体系的权重系数加以确定,同时在体育教师评价自动化系统模型的构建过程,做好体育教师评价自动化系统的规范化设计,结合应用情况,指出体育教师评价自动化系统有着简单实用的特点,同时也有着较强操作性的特点,结合不同层次的教学过程,做好体育教师不同层次的高度评价.在体育教师的评价中有着积极作用,实现了各类学校体育专业教师的有效评价,同时也为其他学科教师的评价提供了指导性依据.
Abstract
This paper is to design a kind of physical education teacher evaluation automation system, and to realize the scientific and effective evaluation of physical education teachers. The research on the design and application of physical education teacher evaluation system, the paper mainly through the interview and questionnaire survey, combined with the method of expert interview, reference and questionnaire survey, and the construction process of physical education teacher evaluation index system, and combining with the application of the system, and points out that physical education teacher evaluation system has simple and practical characteristics. In the evaluation of physical education teachers have a positive role in the realization of all kinds of school physical education teachers' effective evaluation, but also for other disciplines of the evaluation of teachers to provide a guiding basis.
