Energy saving control method for central air conditioning chillers units based on fuzzy theory
The energy consuming equipment of the central air conditioning system mainly includes refrigeration units,water pumps,and fans.Among them,the refrigeration unit is the equipment with the highest energy consumption in the entire system,therefore,energy-saving control of the refrigeration unit is of great significance.However,traditional constant temperature energy-saving control and time energy-saving control methods often cannot intelligently regulate based on changes in environmental temperature or load.Therefore,a energy-saving control method for central air conditioning chillers based on fuzzy theory is designed.Design an adaptive fuzzy PID energy-saving controller with a two-dimensional structure,define the word set of input and output variables,establish the control rules of the fuzzy PID energy-saving controller,implement fuzzification on the two sampled inputs entering the controller,output the fuzzification results,use temperature error and error change as input variables,adjust the output of the central air conditioning chiller as the final output,and carry out energy-saving control on the central air conditioning chiller.The results show that the temperature error of this method is only 0.2℃,and the humidity error is only 0.4%.After being put into use,the total annual power consumption is effectively reduced,and it has a good temperature uniform control effect.The response speed to step disturbances is faster.
