Automatic warning system of power grid operation risk considering fuzzy clustering characteristics
The current risk automatic warning system usually uses manual methods based on empirical values to set automatic warning thresholds,which provide a unified threshold,resulting in a high false alarm rate in the system.Therefore,a power grid operation risk automatic warning system based on fuzzy clustering characteristics is proposed.Design information collectors and displays,apply decision level fusion principles and neural network models,and integrate real-time collected multi-source heterogeneous data of power grid operations.Starting from the dimensions of power purchase,transmission and distribution,and sales,determine the risk measurement indicators for power grid operation and obtain the risk measurement results.Based on the fuzzy clustering characteristics,establish a dynamic clustering graph to classify risk warning objects,analyze the content of power grid operation risks,and use it as an automatic warning threshold.Define the risk automatic warning line based on the warning threshold,and generate automatic warning information containing warning levels by comparing the risk measurement results.The experimental results show that the false alarm rate of the proposed system is 2.67%,which meets the requirements of automatic risk warning for power grid operation.
