针对低成本高精度地改进电子类课程教学中晶体管β值测量方法的目的,基于树莓派Pico单片机,利用Micropython语言开发设计了一种可充电便携晶体管β值测试仪.通过DAC模块输出可调驱动电压;通过电压跟随器提高负载能力、隔离测量和采样模块;采用无源滤波和软件修正提高测量精度.经过测试和修正,该仪器相对于晶体管图示仪的测量结果误差值小于5,相对误差小于2%.该仪器操作简单、反应速度快、能有效满足电子类课程教学的要求,具有推广价值和经济性.
A crystal triode β measurement instrument based on Raspberry PI Pico Single chip microcomputer
For the purpose of improving the transistor β value measurement in electronics courses with low cost and high precision,a rechargeable portable transistor β value tester is designed based on the Raspberry Pi Pico Single chip microcomputer,which is developed using Micropython.It outputs adjustable driving voltage through DAC module;improves the load capacity,isolates the measurement and sampling module through voltage follower;and improves the measurement accuracy by passive filtering and software correction.After testing and correction,the error value of this instrument relative to the measurement result of transistor graphic meter is less than 5,and the relative error is less than 2%.This instrument is simple in operation,fast in response,and can effectively meet the requirements of electronics course teaching,with high popularization value and cost advantage.
