配电网高比例新能源极限消纳容量精准估计

高比例新能源接入配电网会导致潮流具有不确定性,新能源极限消纳容量估计精准度不高.针对该问题,提出了配电网高比例新能源极限消纳容量精准估计方法.确定反映高比例新能源出力大小和波动特性的物理量,分析不同天气条件下的高比例新能源出力特性.构建高比例新能源接入配电网网络模型,计算当前消纳容量以及高比例新能源接入节点的电压越限风险,将其与设定的电压越限标准阈值对比,得到极限消纳容量精准估计结果.实验结果表明,所提方法估计出的极限消纳容量数值与实验数据之间仅存在最大为200 kVA的误差,说明该方法的估计结果更为精准.
Accurate estimation of the maximum consumption capacity of high proportion new energy in the distribution network
A high proportion of new energy connected to the distribution network will lead to uncertainty in the flow of electricity,and the accuracy of estimating the maximum consumption capacity of new energy is not high.A precise estimation method for the maximum consumption capacity of high proportion new energy in distribution networks has been proposed to address this issue.Determine physical quantities that reflect the magnitude and fluctuation characteristics of high proportion of new energy output,and analyze the characteristics of high proportion of new energy output under different weather conditions.Build a high proportion new energy access distribution network model,calculate the current consumption capacity and voltage threshold risk of high proportion new energy access nodes,compare it with the set voltage threshold,and obtain accurate estimation results of the limit consumption capacity.The experimental results show that there is only a maximum error of 200 kVA between the estimated maximum absorption capacity value of the proposed method and the experimental data,indicating that the estimation results of this method are more accurate.
