发电机绝缘故障位置自动化在线监测诊断系统

为保障电力系统正常运行,设计发电机绝缘故障位置自动化在线监测诊断系统.采集传感器采集发电机实时运行数据,通过CAN总线连接到遥测终端内的主控芯片;遥测终端利用主控芯片连接开关量输入、模拟输入、数据存储芯片等,并利用其内部逻辑处理模块对发电机实时运行数据进行处理、故障诊断以及预警后,将其发送到用户端的上位机内呈现给用户,实现发电机绝缘故障位置自动化在线监测诊断.实验结果表明,该系统具备较为稳定的运行能力,可准确对发电机故障位置进行在线监测诊断并预警.
Automatic online monitoring and diagnosis system for generator insulation fault location
To ensure the normal operation of the power system,design an automated online monitoring and diagnostic system for generator insulation fault location.The acquisition sensor collects the real-time operation data of the generator and connects to the main control chip in the telemetry terminal through CAN bus.The telemetry terminal uses the main control chip to connect the switch input,analog input,data storage chip,etc.,and uses its internal logic processing module to process the real-time operation data of the generator,fault diagnosis and early warning,and then sends it to the host computer of the client to present it to the user,realizing the automatic online monitoring and diagnosis of the generator insulation fault location.The experimental results show that the system has a relatively stable operation ability,and can accurately monitor and diagnose the generator fault location online and give early warning.
