Design of servo mechanical tension automation control system based on CNN
Excessive servo tension level can accelerate the aging speed of mechanical equipment,thereby affecting the service life of mechanical components.A CNN based servo mechanical tension automation control system is designed.Cooperate with mechanical drive motors to establish servo control circuits and adjust the real-time operation status of automatic control sensors;In the CNN network structure,joint real-time operation status,calculation and control of mechanical tension,and completion of automation control software design.The experimental results show that the servo mechanical tension can be controlled below 30% of the load pressure,without causing rapid aging of mechanical equipment due to high servo tension levels.it's capable of maintaining the service life of mechanical components.
