Flexible regulation of fault phase voltage for load transfer of high voltage distribution network
The high level of phase voltage during fault conditions can lead to incorrect transfer of distribution loads, resulting in an unbalanced operating state of the high-voltage distribution network. To address the above issues,a flexible regulation method for fault phase voltage for high-voltage distribution network load transfer is proposed. On the basis of upper level optimization and lower level optimization, determine the optimization results of high-voltage distribution network load transfer under fault conditions.Based on this,a specific expression for fault phase voltage scheduling is defined by combining the fault topology parameters and flexible regulation coefficient of the high-voltage distribution network,to achieve flexible regulation of fault phase voltage for load transfer in the high-voltage distribution network. The experimental results show that the application of the above regulation methods can control the phase voltage under fault conditions to a standard value of 6.15 kV,and the high-voltage distribution network presents a relatively stabilized operating state. It can effectively solve the problem of incorrect distribution load transfer caused by high phase voltage levels, which is in line with practical application needs.
