摘要
本文通过对动漫类＂校企合作＂情况的分析,指出动画教师体现为一种人才培养目标的类型结构。其培养目标是高素质技能型人才。为此,要求教师必须注重专业发展,明确角色定位：校企合作的参与者;教学研究的探索者、教育技术和教学方法的创新者;知识、技能体系的多面手。
