摘要
我国是一个农业大国,农村人口众多,农村教育至关重要。而长期以来农村教师素质偏低的问题难以解决。单一的向度的思考和策略不能解决这样复杂的问题,应采用综合系统手段。地方高师院校与农村中小学的合作共生,是对解决这一问题的综合模式的探索。
