Numerical Study on Structure Optimization and Performance of Rotary Atomization Deacidification Tower
To improve the effect of acid gas removal in rotary atomizing deacidification tower,a scheme of discontinuous flow guide baffle and staggered flow guide baffle were proposed.The flow characteristics and the effects of HCl and SO2 removal rates in towers under different schemes were analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the flow characteristics and removal rate of the tower can be improved by grouping the flow guide baffle,but the staggered flow guide baffle have different effects on different group numbers.Considering the removal rate of two kinds of acid gas,model 2 has the best deacidification effect,which provides a reference for the optimization design of deacidification tower structure.
