摘要

火电厂SCR反应器内部积灰现象是影响脱硝性能和安全运行的重要因素.针对火电厂运行过程中出现的脱硝反应器内部积灰问题,通过数值模拟的方法,研究了反应器内部的飞灰分布特征,并通过流场优化,在第三拐角处添加导流板数量,对反应器内部的烟气和飞灰浓度分布进行优化调整,降低了催化剂层前流场和飞灰浓度场的不均匀性.

Abstract

Ash accumulation in SCR reactor of thermal power plant is an important factor affecting denitration performance and safe operation.Aiming at the ash accumulation in denitration reactor during the operation of thermal power plant,the distribution characteristics of fly ash inside the reactor were studied by numerical simulation.The concentration distribution of flue gas and fly ash inside the reactor was optimized and adjusted by adding the number of diversion plates at the third corner through flow field optimization,and the non-uniformity of flow field and fly ash concentration field in front of catalyst layer was reduced.
