某电厂配备350 MW纯凝抽汽机组和50MW背压机组,因热用户市场因素有时存在背压机组热负荷不足,导致锅炉处于不稳定运行状态,威胁机组运行和热用户供热安全.通过耦合纯凝抽汽机组小机汽轮机用汽,变相增加了一家稳定大额热用户并提高了背压机组和纯凝抽汽机组热效率,间接达到了双机运行深度节能效果,为类似配置供热机组节能技术改造提供了新思路.
Utility Model Relates to a Back Pressure Unit Coupled with a Pure Condensing Steam Extraction Unit Research on Deep Heating Energy Saving System
A power plant is equipped with a 350MW pure condensate steam extraction unit and a 50MW back pressure unit.Due to the market factors of users,the heat load of the back pressure unit is sometimes insufficient,which leads to the unstable operation of the boiler and threatens the operation of the unit and the heating safety of the users.By coupling the steam used by the small turbine of the pure condensate extraction unit,a stable large heat user is added and the thermal efficiency of the back pressure unit and the pure condensate extraction unit are improved.Indirectly,the deep energy saving effect of the double unit operation is achieved,and a new idea is provided for the energy saving technology transformation of similar configuration heating units.
