350 MW"W"型火焰锅炉全烧神华烟煤改造技术研究

以某电厂W型火焰锅炉为研究对象,针对锅炉燃用煤种由无烟煤变成烟煤进行设备改造技术研究.掺烧烟煤试验结果表明,由于神华烟煤与锅炉设计煤种存在较大的差异,以现有的锅炉及辅机设备全部燃烧神华烟煤存在严重影响机组运行安全性和经济性的问题.针对全燃神华烟煤存在的问题制定改造方案,包括:制粉系统改造、燃烧系统改造、高温受热面改造、水冷壁改造、一次风机改造等.采用该方案可实现安全、经济、稳定的全燃神华烟煤,且省煤器出口NOx排放浓度控制在360 mg/Nm3(6%02,标态干基)以下,低负荷稳燃达到30%BRL负荷,改造后锅炉效率不低于93.0%.
Study on Transformation Technology of 350MW "W" Flame Boiler All Burns Bituminous Coal
With "W" flame boiler of a power plant,the technical transformation of boiler coal changed from anthracite into bituminous coal.The results of coal mixing show that the coal quality,the existing coal combustion of Shenhua boiler and auxiliary equipment seriously affect the operation safety and economy of the unit.In view of the problems existing in all-burning Shenhua bituminous coal,the transformation plan is formulated,including:powder making system transformation,combustion system transformation,high temperature heating surface transformation,water cooling wall transformation,primary fan transformation,etc.This scheme is expected to achieve a safe,economic and stable full-combustion Shenhua bituminous coal,and the NOx emission concentration of economizer outlet can be controlled below 360mg/Nm3(6%02,standard dry base),low load stable combustion can reach 30%BRL load,and the boiler efficiency should not be less than 93.0%after transformation.
