Safety Operation Analysis of 70MW Hot Water Boiler
With the increasing popularity of the concept of sustainable development and environmental protection,the de-velopment of heating systems and hot water boilers in the energy structure is also more perfect.Because of their unique advantages and benefits,they are widely used in many different fields.The relevant measures to be taken to ensure the safe operation of hot water boilers is discussed,as well as the problems to be paid attention to in actual operation.From the research results,it is known that a series of failures such as vaporization,blowdown,exhaust and deaeration of hot water boiler will have a specific impact on the safe operation of hot water boiler.At the same time,several specific opti-mization measures are formulated for its safe and economic operation,which can facilitate the reference of relevant units and individuals.
