摘要

阐述了某600 MW火电机组引风机RB动作异常的原因及处理过程.通过对RB异常的原因进行详细分析,即RB期间燃料主控输出(给煤机总指令)降至0 t/h,并针对这异常提出了相应的解决方案,有效地提高了 RB动作成功率和动作的合理性,提高了机组的运行效率.

Abstract

The causes and treatment process of the abnormal operation of the induced draft fan(IDF)RB function of a 600MW thermal power unit is explained.Through analysis of the reasons for RB abnormality,which refers to the decrease of fuel control output to 0 t/h during RB period,and corresponding solutions were proposed to effectively improve the success rate and rationality of RB operation,thereby improving the operating efficiency of the unit.
