摘要

某电厂锅炉采用等离子点火方式,受入炉煤质等原因影响,导致等离子燃烧器喷口结焦堵塞烧损现象较频繁发生.通过分析等离子燃烧器喷口烧损原因,调整一次风管风速和入炉煤等因素,消除了喷口结焦、粉管堵管现象,解决了等离子燃烧器喷口烧损等问题.

Abstract

The plasma ignition mode is adopted in a power plant boiler.Due to the influence of coal quality,the phenomenon of coking,blockage and burning loss of plasma burner nozzle occurs frequently.By analyzing the causes of burning loss of plasma burner nozzle,adjusting the factors such as primary air pipe wind speed and coal entering the furnace,the phenomena of coking at the nozzle and blockage of powder pipe are eliminated,and the problems such as burning loss of plasma burner nozzle are solved.
