某百万机组发电机异常振动原因分析及处理

随着大容量、高参数火电机组的快速发展,非常规振动故障也逐渐增多.某电厂2号机组9号轴承运行过程中轴振出现波动式上涨,最大振幅上涨至90 μm(复合振动),已经超过报警值83 μm,影响机组安全运行.通过对2号机组开展振动测试工作,分析9号轴承振动原因,并给出处理方案.结合组检修工作进行现场动平衡,动平衡后9号轴承振动降至合格范围内.为今后类似机组振动故障的分析提供了借鉴.
Analysis and Treatment of Abnormal Vibration of Generator of 1000MW Units
With the rapid development of large-capacity and high-parameter thermal power units,the number of non-conventional vibration faults is increasing.The shaft vibration of No.9 bearing of No.2 unit in a power plant rose up to 90 μm(compound vibration),which exceeded the alarm value by 83 μm,influence on the safe operation of the unit through No.2 unit to carry out vibration testing,analysis of No.9 bearing vibration causes,and gives the treatment plan.The vibration of No.9 bearing is reduced to the qualified range after the dynamic balance.It provides a reference for the analysis of similar unit vibration faults in the future.
