针对某100%全容量单汽动给水泵配置的1000 MW二次再热机组,在部分负荷工况下给水流量波动的问题,从影响给水泵运行的内部和外部因素两个方面进行了分析,指出部分负荷工况下给水泵特性曲线平缓是内因,主汽压力受自动控制品质、一次调频影响而波动是外因.同时提供了运行临时解决措施和彻底解决问题的方案,以提高机组低负荷运行时的经济性和安全性.
Aiming at the problem of feedwater flow fluctuation of a 1000MW secondary reheat unit equipped with 100%full capacity single steam driven feedwater pump under partial load conditions,the internal and external factors affecting the operation of feedwater pump is analyzed,and points out that the internal cause is the gentle characteristic curve of feedwater pump under partial load conditions,and the external cause is the fluctuation of main steam pressure affected by automatic control quality and primary frequency regulation.At the same time,it provides temporary operation solutions and complete solutions to the problems,so as to improve the economy and safety of the unit under low load operation.
