Research on Efficiency Improvement of Steam Turbine Passage of 350MW Supercritical Unit
The main problems of 350MW supercritical steam turbine in China are studied by test method,focusing on the main boundary conditions that affect the efficiency of steam turbine,and then the energy consumption of 350MW supercritical unit is analyzed.The development status of the flow path transformation of 350MW supercritical steam turbine in China is introduced.On this basis,it focuses on the flow path technology,steam inlet and exhaust technology,body structure,sealing structure,wide load efficiency improvement and other parts with prominent problems,compares the technical characteristics of the main manufacturers of the flow path transformation and the transformation effect of the implementation projects,and puts forward suggestions on the selection and assessment methods of design boundary conditions in the flow path transformation,Then,the transformation of 350MW supercritical units under wide load conditions can be realized to improve efficiency,which also provides reference for energy conservation and consumption reduction of steam turbines.
