摘要

DCS主要用于过程控制和持续监视,保证生产过程快速平稳达到预期目标.安全仪表系统(SIS)是工业生产过程中非常重要的保护系统,核心功能是安全保护.从功能上分析,DCS调控生产过程,SIS保护生产过程.研究将二者融合,构成一套完整的自动控制与安全保护监控系统具有很高的现实意义.在现有DCS监控后台软件的基础上,重点对DCS与SIS 一体化监控后台SCADA应用模块的相关改造内容进行分析和阐述,对后续相关系统的研究、开发和应用具有一定的借鉴和参考价值.

Abstract

DCS is mainly used for process control and continuous monitoring to ensure that the production process reaches the expected goals quickly and smoothly.Safety instrumented system(SIS)is an important protection system for industrial production processes,and its core function is safety protection.From the functional point of view,DCS regulates the production process,and SIS protects the production process.It is of high practical significance to study the integration of the two to form a complete automatic control and safety protection monitoring system.Based on the existing DCS monitoring background software,this paper focuses on the analysis and elaboration of the relevant transformation content of the SCADA application module in the DCS and SIS integrated monitoring background,which has certain reference value for the subsequent research,development and application of related systems.
