摘要

变电站集中监控系统部署于国网地市公司或超高压公司,面向运检变电专业,采用"一体监控、全景监视、数据穿透、顺控操作、自动对点"等关键技术,解决设备监控强度不足、设备管理细度不足、生产信息化程度不足、智能化支撑力度不足等问题,建设"无人值守变电站+集中监控+设备主人"变电运维新模式,实现主辅设备一体化全面监控.随着电网的快速发展,变电设备规模不断扩大,监控信号成倍增加,人均运维工作量急剧加大.重点对集控系统信号自动巡视功能进行设计,解决运维人员监盘压力大、人工巡视容易遗漏等问题.

Abstract

The centralized monitoring system of substation is deployed in the State Grid prefecture and city company or ultra-high voltage company,facing the operation inspection and substation major,using key technologies such as"integrated monitoring,panoramic monitoring,data penetration,smooth control operation,automatic point-to-point"to solve the problems of insufficient equipment monitoring intensity,insufficient equipment management fineness,insufficient production informatization,and insufficient intelligent support,and build a new mode of"unattended substation+centralized monitoring+equipment owner"substation operation and maintenance to realize the integrated and comprehensive monitoring of main and auxiliary equipment.With the rapid development of the power grid,the scale of substation equipment continues to expand,the monitoring signal doubles,and the per capita operation and maintenance workload increases sharply.The design of the automatic patrol function of the signal of the centralized control system is focuses on to solve the problems of high monitoring pressure of operation and maintenance personnel and easy omission of manual inspection.
