燃气机组烟气冷凝过程试验研究

为深入了解燃气机组烟气冷凝过程,现场建设烟气冷凝试验台;通过现场模拟试验,研究板式换热器、喷淋填料塔换热器及其两种换热器组合对烟气的冷却效果,并对烟气冷凝水进行化验分析.研究结果表明:在板式换热器和喷淋换热器组合条件下,当冷却水总流量一定时,板式换热器和喷淋填料塔换热器对烟气的整体冷却效果基本一致,试验得出的烟气露点温度与理论计算结果接近,烟气凝结水属于中性水,该水中的钙、镁离子含量低,但NH4+含量高.
In order to deeply understand the gas condensation process of gas unit,a gas condensation test bench is constructed on site.Through the field simulation test,the cooling effect of plate heat exchanger,spray packed tower heat exchanger and the combination of two kinds of heat exchanger on the flue gas is studied,and the condensed water of the flue gas is analyzed.The results show that under the combined condition of plate heat exchanger and spray heat exchanger,when the total flow of cooling water is constant,the overall cooling effect of plate heat exchanger and spray packed tower heat exchanger is basically the same.The dew point temperature of flue gas obtained by experiment is close to the theoretical calculation result.Flue gas condensate water belongs to neutral water,the content of calcium and magnesium ions is low,but NH4+content is high.
