燃煤电站锅炉实现点火投运SCR脱硝系统关键技术研究

以某1000 MW超超临界机组锅炉为研究对象,研究抽取邻炉烟气加热点火锅炉烟气,实现锅炉点火时投运SCR脱硝系统关键技术和调整方法.理论计算得到,随着锅炉点火运行时间的增加,抽取邻炉燃煤锅炉的烟气比例呈降低趋势,对邻炉再热汽温、热一次风温度和热二次风温度影响量呈降低趋势.在锅炉点火2~3 min后,抽取邻炉燃煤锅炉烟气量较大,邻炉再热汽温降低约22 ℃,降低热一次风温度约36 ℃,降低热二次风温度约40 ℃,此时可以通过调整邻炉锅炉负荷至BRL工况,关小邻炉磨煤机冷风门开度,使得烟煤煤粉着火和机组安全性影响可控.优化抽取邻炉烟气加热系统方案设计,基本上可以达到锅炉点火投运SCR脱硝系统的要求.
Takes a 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit boiler as the research object,the extraction of temporary furnace flue gas is studied,and realizes the key technology and adjustment method of SCR denitration system when the boiler is fired.According to the theoretical calculation,with the increase of ignition operation time of the boiler,the proportion of flue gas extracted from the temporary coal-fired boiler shows a decreasing trend,and the influence on the temporary furnace reheat steam temperature,hot primary wind temperature and hot secondary wind temperature shows a decreasing trend.In boiler ignition 2-3 minutes,the extraction of furnace coal-fired boiler flue gas is larger,in the furnace reheat steam temperature reduce about 22℃,reduce the thermal primary air temperature of about 36℃,reduce the thermal secondary wind temperature of about 40℃,now can adjust the furnace boiler load to BRL condition,shut down the furnace mill cold door opening,makes the bituminous coal fire and unit safety influence controllable.Optimizing the design of the flue gas heating system for the extraction furnace can basically meet the requirements of the SCR denitration system.
