摘要

二噁英作为一种高度致癌物质,其生成与控制一直受到高度重视.污泥焚烧或与煤耦合燃烧近年来越来越多地得到应用,其二噁英排放程度需要重点关注,有部分学者质疑采用燃煤电厂掺烧污泥相比于独立焚烧+烟气治理的工艺来说是对二噁英进行了稀释排放.对单独焚烧以及与燃煤耦合燃烧两种方式的二噁英生成与排放情况进行了分析和总结,并分别对这两种技术路线的二噁英控制提出了建议.

Abstract

As one of highly carcinogenic substance,the generation and control of dioxins have received high attention.In recent years,sludge incineration and co-combustion with coal have more and more application respectively.Some scholars question that slurry co-combustion with coal in boiler will lead to a dilution of total dioxin emissions compared to the direct incineration with special flue gas treatment for dioxins.The generation and emission of dioxins for both technical routes above is summarized and analyzed,and proposes suggestions for the control of dioxins respectively.
